REGULATIONS OF PARK WIELORYBA – FAMILY AMUSEMENT PARK IN REWAL

1. All persons staying in the Amusement Park are obliged to read these regulations. Entering the Amusement Park is tantamount to accepting these regulations.

2. The right to enter the Amusement Park is available to persons who have a valid admission ticket, personal invitations or a special free ticket. Types of entry tickets to Park Wieloryba:

3. An admission ticket or a personal invitation entitles you to use all devices and attractions for the entire duration of your stay in the Amusement Park.

4. After purchasing a ticket and entering the Amusement Park, leaving it is considered the end of using the attraction. Re-entry to the Park is possible only after purchasing a new ticket or on the basis of a stamp made by a park employee on the ticket of a person leaving the park who returned to the park within no more than 15 minutes from the time of leaving the park. In justified and exceptional cases, exceptions to this rule may be made, but only after obtaining the appropriate consent of the owner or management of the Amusement Park.

5. It is prohibited to transfer the purchased admission ticket after entering the Amusement Park for the purpose of entering the Amusement Park by a third party.

6. Children under 14 years of age arriving at the Amusement Park must be under the supervision of an adult.

7. Because customers come to our Park from different, sometimes very distant parts of the country, Park Wieloryba does not deny entry to such people, even with a very large attendance. There is no upper capacity limit and as long as it does not pose a threat to safety, all people who purchase an admission ticket will be allowed into the Park. On weekends and sunny days, you can expect a large turnout in the Park, and therefore longer waiting times for access to individual devices and attractions.

Due to the above, we would like to inform you that Park Wieloryba will not consider complaints related to crowds, queues and long waiting times for access to attractions and devices.

8. Unfavorable and difficult atmospheric and weather conditions (storms, gales, heavy rain) cannot constitute the basis for complaints or any claims against PARK WIELORYBA. The park has no influence on the weather and atmospheric conditions, and the customer decides to buy a ticket on a given day and at a given moment at his own risk. A sudden change in weather conditions will not constitute a basis for reimbursement of costs incurred for purchasing a ticket, complaints or other claims against Park Wieloryba.

9. Persons staying in the Amusement Park have an absolute obligation to follow the recommendations of the persons indicated in point. 22 - aimed at ensuring safety and order in the Amusement Park.

10. Please be advised that the BLUE WHALE model sprays water at 10-minute intervals. Please be especially careful around the exhibit.

11. One of the MONSTERS FROM THE DEEP themed lands is located in a body of water where there are no safety barriers. Special care and supervision should be exercised with children.

The following persons will not be admitted to the Amusement Park: intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, psychotropic substances or other intoxicating substances, behaving aggressively, possessing the items listed in point. 12 of the Regulations, as well as persons who were previously banned from entering the Amusement Park, as well as persons entered in the register kept by the Chief Commander of the Police.

Persons disturbing public order or violating these regulations of the Amusement Park or generally accepted standards of behavior will be asked to leave the Amusement Park (also applies to the parking lot which constitutes the premises of Park Wieloryba) or arrested in order to immediately hand over these people to the Police.

Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of completing and submitting a correctly completed complaint form to the Park ticket office (the complaint/application form is available at the ticket office). The complaint form must be accompanied by a copy of the original ticket purchased in the Park. You will receive the decision regarding your complaint in writing and electronically to the contact details provided in the form.

16. Complaints are considered only in written or electronic form. In writing, by completing a special "Complaint/Application" form, which is available at the park ticket office. In electronic form by sending an e-mail with a complaint to the e-mail address: biuro@parkwieloryba.pl

18. In the event of causing material damage to the Park or its premises, committing a misdemeanor or crime, violating safety rules or inappropriate behavior, Park employees have the right to arrest the perpetrator in order to immediately hand over the person to the Police.

19. The person staying in the Amusement Park bears full financial responsibility for any damage and destruction of property caused by his/her fault.

20. The Amusement Park does not bear any financial responsibility for items lost or left in the Amusement Park or in its surroundings, in parking lots or in other places adjacent to the Amusement Park.

Persons using the attractions of the Amusement Park agree to the free use and dissemination of their image, recorded during their stay at the Family Amusement Park in Rewal - Park Wieloryba, for marketing purposes. Consent is granted for an indefinite period and without territorial restrictions. The consent also covers the dissemination of the image by third parties as part of broadcasting and public reproduction of marketing materials, photos, reports, promotional films, music videos, television programs and audio-visual transmissions, as well as information regarding events and events taking place in the Park.

22. The Owner of the Amusement Park, its management, staff and staff ensure compliance with the provisions of these regulations and the rules of use.

23. The Amusement Park is not liable for damage caused by force majeure, forces of nature, weather conditions, the sole fault of the injured party or a third party for which it is not responsible.

24. The Amusement Park is not responsible for interruptions in the supply of electricity, gas, water or other utilities that are not its fault, as well as for any inconvenience resulting from this, the occurrence of which was not dependent on the action or omission of the Amusement Park.

25. The Amusement Park is not responsible for temporary interruptions in the operation of individual devices/attractions caused by technical, periodic or ad hoc inspections, as well as other necessary actions that will be necessary to ensure the proper and safe operation of devices/attractions in the Amusement Park. At the same time, the Amusement Park will make every effort to provide customers with information on which devices/attractions are available on a given day.

26. The Amusement Park reserves the right to change these Regulations at any time if it considers it necessary or necessary to improve the service of the Amusement Park's customers.

27. These regulations enter into force on July 1, 2015.
